Hotline lawyers go “live and in person” at six-state gathering of press group

February 9, 2008

The media law hotline operated by Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye LLP has long been a favored benefit enjoyed by the 450-plus newspaper members of the New England Press Association.  Usually the newspapers have to call the hotline on the telephone.  But at the annual NEPA convention on February 9, 2008, the hotline came to them, as media lawyers Kimberley Keyes and Rob Bertsche answered questions on subjects ranging from online libel, to invasion of privacy, to reporter’s privilege, to public records laws.
