Rob Schlein is on the panel of a workshop, "On the Same Page: Orchestrating SNDA's and Estoppels between Tenants and Lenders" at the US Law Conference of the International Council of Shopping Centers in Hollywood, FL, which will be held October 22-25, 2008.  The interactive workshop will focus on simplifying the process of negotiating these documents between the lender, the owner and the tenants in shopping center financing.  The ICSC Law Conference is an annual national meeting of attorneys active in the shopping center industry.
