Rob Schlein is presenting a case study to the Gold Real Estate Council at the Fall Meeting of the Urban Land Institute in Las Vegas on October 24, 2007.   The Council is a national, limited-membership group of prominent real estate owners and developers who meet twice a year to share experiences and to discuss trends in the industry.  Rob and a client who is a member of the Council will discuss their experience with a major lease default and the strategies they used to avoid expensive, multi-state litigation and restructure the lease and win the lender's approval of the restructuring.
