Pasquale DeSantis and Jamie Andrade present at MCLE Paralegal Conference 2007

Pasquale and Jamie presented the session "Discovery in Domestic Relations Cases".  The session covered the topics such as the preparation and use of mandatory disclosure and financial statements in divorce and non-divorce cases.  There were practical tips for paralegal's on preparing discovery, client contact, collection and preparation if information and documents.  Pasquale is a partner and Jamie is a paralegal in the Domestic Relations group at Prince Lobel.
