The seminar was entitled "Estate Planning for Aging Parents: Overcoming Technical and Psychological Hurdles to Motivate Your Parents to Plan."  The Boston Foundation produced the seminar as a part of their “Coffee and Conversation” program.  Patricia's presentation included:

• Estate planning strategies and technical considerations (generally);
• Psychological issues;
• Philanthropic and legacy planning; and
• A focus on high-net worth scenarios which will not include governmental assistance (Medicaid) planning.
