Firm adds two new attorneys to the group
Boston, MA -- Tuesday December 12, 2006 – Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye LLP recently welcomed two new attorneys to their Corporate Group. The growth in experience and capability allows the firm to provide their current and potential clients with additional sophisticated services.
John Bradley joins the Corporate Group as Of Counsel. John has extensive experience in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements, technology licensing, executive compensation arrangements, corporate financings, securities law matters, asset-based financing transactions and various regulatory matters. John received his B.A. and J.D. from Stanford University in Stanford, California.
Tom Westort joins the Corporate Group as an Associate. Tom concentrates his practice in general corporate law, focusing his time on mergers and acquisitions, commercial and venture financing, and early stage companies. Tom received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
