Jeff Newman quoted in "The News Media & The Law"

Prince Lobel partner Jeff Newman was quoted in an article in the Winter 2006 edition of The News Media & The Law.  The article addressed the four states currently considering shield laws that would protect journalists.  Jeff was quoted as saying that some members of the Massachusetts legislation may feel "behind the times" since 31 states already have shelds laws and Massachusetts does not.
