Paige Scott Reed quoted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article

Paige Scott Reed, a Prince Lobel associate, was quoted in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article, "Ward entitled to hearing over request for lawyer."  Paige represented two social workers involved in the case who were petitioning the court for guardianship of the ward.  The Appeals Court ruling overturned the previous ruling of a Probate & Family Court judge and ruled that the ward is entitled to a hearing about her competence in choosing independent counsel.  Paige was quoted saying that the decision was "a really good compromise."
