Estate Planning and Probate group educates on the new Massachusetts Principal and Income Act

Patricia Annino and Michelle Langford authored an article entitled, "Trust investment and accounting under the new Principal and Income Act," which appeared in the March 6, 2006 edition of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.  The article clarifies the recent Massachusetts Principal and Income Act, which went into effect January 1.  Both attorneys are members of the estate planning and probate practice group of Prince Lobel which Patricia chairs.
