Prince, Lobel, Glovsky and Tye partners, Dick Glovsky and Dan Tarlow, co wrote an article on workplace violence prevention that was published in the January 2006 edition of New England In-House.  Glovsky and Tarlow address the importance of employers developing a plan to follow when there are threats or acts of violence.  They also discuss the legal obligations an employer has in protecting their employees from “workplace threats and troubles”.
