National media group publishes Rob Bertsche’s survey of employment defamation law

The Media Law Resource Center has released the 2008 edition of its survey of defamation and privacy law in the workplace, including a chapter on Massachusetts employment defamation law authored by Rob Bertsche of Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye LLP.
