New attorneys join Prince Lobel

New attorneys add depth to firm’s Litigation and Estate Planning Departments

The law firm of Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye LLP announced today that attorney David Kerrigan, has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Litigation Department and attorney Donna White has joined the firm as a Partner in the Estate Planning & Probate Department.

David Kerrigan comes to Prince Lobel from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office where he most recently served as the Chief of the Government Bureau. During his time in the office, David served as lead counsel on a number of major cases and initiatives and was responsible for supervising the work of the assistant attorneys general in the Trial and Administrative Law Divisions in the Office.  Before joining the Attorney General’s Office, David was a partner in the law firm of Mahoney, Hawkes & Goldings, LLP where he focused on First Amendment cases and business and criminal litigation.

Donna White previously practiced in the estate planning groups at Donovan Hatem LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP. Donna specializes in the areas of probate and trust administration and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning with an emphasis on leveraged gifting techniques and other wealth transfer tax planning strategies.
