Jason M. Ellis focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture formations, joint venture equity investments, debt financing as well as retail and office leasing.

Mr. Ellis has specialized in providing the legal due diligence required for real estate acquisitions, and identifying and resolving significant diligence issues for his clients. This includes issues involving land use and entitlements, title and survey, environmental risk assessment and lease review.  Mr. Ellis has in-depth experience representing prospective owners  in all aspects of real estate acquisitions and related financings, including document preparation, negotiation, and related due diligence. He has also represented numerous telecommunications carriers and infrastructure manufacturers and owners in the leasing and development of telecommunications networks.  His client base includes national and regional developers, financial institutions, asset managers and pension plan advisors, private real estate owners and investors.
