John F. Bradley II is a partner in Prince Lobel's Corporate Practice Group. His practice includes a wide variety of business and corporate matters, with emphasis on providing professional and business advice to the senior management of public and privately-held corporations, hedge funds, partnerships, and limited liability companies. John has extensive experience in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology licensing, private offerings, stockholder arrangements, executive compensation arrangements, e-commerce matters, “angel” and start-up financings, securities law issues, and asset-based financing transactions. He also serves his clients as Trustee of a number of private trusts and private charitable foundations.

John is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Business Law Section and the Construction Law Section of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining Prince Lobel,  John was Chairman of the Business Group and a founding Partner of Donovan Hatem, LLP, in Boston, Massachusetts.  John graduated from Stanford University and Stanford University School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Stanford Law Review.
