Peter A. Kuperstein is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Domestic Relations Practice Group, where he practices exclusively in all aspects of family law matters, including cases involving complex financial issues.  Peter has more than 10 years of experience in family law at both the trial and appellate levels.  He has authored numerous appellate briefs, as well as a Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States on a variety of family law issues.  He has been involved in several appellate decisions that have been recognized as leading family law cases in Massachusetts, involving such matters as alimony, child support, custody, jurisdiction and prenuptial agreements. 

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Peter practiced with another prominent domestic relations law firm, where he practiced exclusively in family law.  Peter is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he served as an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.  He is an active member of the Family Law Sections of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations.  In 2007, Boston magazine recognized Peter as a Massachusetts “Rising Star.”
