Kimberley Philbin is an associate in Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye's Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups. Her practice includes representing wireless communications companies in transactional matters.  She also represents property owners and businesses in connection with commercial real estate transactions and land use and environmental matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Kimberley was in the wireless communications industry, where she participated in an audit of more than 5,000 land leases for an international provider for the wireless, internet and broadcasting industries. She was also a staff attorney for The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a national real estate investment company headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, where she was involved in almost every aspect of commercial real estate development and management.
